Why we take photos
Photos and video help us celebrate our athletes, promote the program, and share game-day moments with families and the community. As we launch our new brand, you will see our logo and facilities featured before player photography returns after the 2026 season.
Where media may appear
Approved media may appear on this website, the organization's social media channels, printed materials, and sponsor or league communications.
Consent
By participating in events, families acknowledge that general photography may occur. For any use that identifies a child by name, we obtain separate parent/guardian permission.
How to opt out
Parents and guardians may request that their child not be featured in promotional media. Submit your request through our Contact page and we will honor it going forward.
Our commitment
We never publish a child's personal contact information, home address, or medical details. We use good judgment and prioritize the safety and dignity of every young athlete.
