Who we are
The San-HI Seminoles is a youth tackle football and cheer organization serving San Bernardino and Highland, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you register a player or contact us, we collect the information you provide: parent/guardian name, email, and phone; the player's name and date of birth; emergency contact details; and any medical notes you choose to share. We collect this only to operate the league.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our programs serve minors. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit their own information. Registration and all account actions are completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect the minimum information needed for participation, safety, and league administration.
How we use information
We use the information to process registrations, communicate about practices, games, and league business, ensure player safety, and meet league (SYFL) requirements. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
Registration records that contain a minor's information are restricted to authorized organization administrators and are never shown publicly. We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect data.
